Description
The GRAPES-3 muon telescope has been in operation for the past two solar cycles, spanning 22 years. The flux of muons measured by the telescope is found to vary over many timescales due to phenomena of interest, such as changes in the upper atmospheric temperature and the interplanetary magnetic field, as well as changes in the detector efficiency due to the leakage of proportional counters and instabilities in the electronics. In this talk, we will explore methods to deconvolute these effects.
