Description
Computational electromagnetics is in itself a challenging field in numerical analysis due to mathematical complexity and scales such as wavelength and skin effect that need to be resolved. Add complex material models such as magnetic saturation, hysteresis, superconductivity and multiphysics effects and it gets even more demanding. This presentation will discuss possibilities and challenges when incorporating advanced material models and multiphysics effects in the context of computational electromagnetics.
