National Strings meeting 2013 (NSM 2013)

National Strings meeting 2013 (NSM 2013) will be held in IIT, Kharagpur during the period December 22 - 27, 2013. It is part of an ongoing series of biennial Indian Strings Meetings (NSM series): the previous two having been held in University of Delhi (December 2011) and in IIT Bombay (January 2010). These meetings are jointly organized by the Indian string theory community. The objective of these meetings is to have a gathering of young researchers and experts in String Theory and related areas in an atmosphere which stimulates expression and elaboration of new ideas. The academic plan is to have a few broad review talks, in addition to seminars, followed by several focussed discussion sessions. The National Organising Committee of NSM 2013 consists of representatives from various Institutes/Universities in India where research in string theory is carried out.
