Description
The t-b-tau Yukawa unification in the minimal supersymmetric standard model requires mini-split SUSY like scenario with heavy sfermions and light gauginos. It prefers "just so" Higgs splitting. We show that additional splitting within squark masses can reduce the overall splitting between sfermions and gauginos. I will discuss the phenomenological implications of such a solution. The origin of independent squark and Higgs splittings in the realistic SO(10) models will also be discussed.
