The advent of the Internet and mobile technologies has created a paradigm shift in the banking industry. The motto of developing this retail banking software was “Run the Bank and Change the Bank” – there was the additional challenge of “co-existence” with the bank’s existing system apart from the usual attributes of any financial system: security and scalability.
