Description
In this talk I shall briefly describe the standard lore and its difficulties. I will then consider the large scale modification of gravity based upon chameleon and Vainshtein mechanisms and demonstrate that there is no scope for late time cosmic acceleration in chameleon based theories.
As for Vainshtein mechanism, I shall briefly outline the underlying idea of mass screening and then discuss the problems and prospects of massive gravity.
