A CERN for Climate Change

I will argue that uncertainties in both global and regional manifestations of climate change can only be reduced if we come together to create an international federated climate change institute, allowing dedicated exascale computing to be focussed on developing ultra-high-resolution climate models. India could play a crucial role in this development.
