The presentation is based on two searches carried out using the data collected by the CMS detector during full Run2 (2016-2018). First topic includes the search for Higgs boson production in association with a top and anti-top quark (ttH). This process provides a model independent way to measure the Yukawa coupling between Higgs boson and top quark, which is of immense importance. In the second topic, I will describe in short about the searches of top squark (supersymmetric partner of the top quark) in full Run2 dataset. This search is motivated for a particular model scenario where tau lepton enrich final states are expected. Absence of any signal events are interpreted as the exclusion of top squark mass for a given lightest neutralino mass.
