Description
Our health or lack of it is related to our life style. Today India is suffering from dual nutritional related epidemics, that of under-nutrition and over-nutrition. Globally, ill health causing and treating are two powerful trillion dollar industies. Unless we realize this and adopt a healthy life style, it can ruin us. Health Promotion is beneficial to us individually, to our families and societies. It costs us nothing, in fact saves our hard earned money and brings pleasure and peace to all who practice it. It may be the solution to various problems we face in our family and at work. This talk will introduce the concept of Health Promotion and dwell on how to go about achieving a healthy life.
