Electronic Payments Revolution

The advent of Internet and mobile technologies combined with the business need
for cross-border money transfer as well as e-commerce, has led to a paradigm
shift in payment systems. There is an enhanced need for secure and scalable
systems oblivious to the end user. In this talk, we highlight the new trends
in payment mechanisms and the technology challenges faced while architecting
and developing such systems.

About the Speakers:

Mr. Sachin Mandhare is an IT professional with over 16 years of experience. He
has designed and delivered systems in both banking and insurance domain. He
specialises in system development based on open source software.

Dr. Hemant Adarkar is an alumni of TIFR. He is the CTO of a start-up: C-Fence.
