Description
The cardiac illnesses are the number one killer in the world including India. Sudden cardiac arrest is not so uncommon as well. Despite commendable advances in medicine, these problems continue to intrigue and annoy our minds. In this talk, I endeavour to throw light on the problem and its magnitude. We know that heart surgery can prevent a sizable number of these conditions, but other measures which remain less emphasized will be discussed with a common man’s perspective as well.
