Description |
After showing how familiar result for the Asymmetric Simple Exclusion Process can be obtained quite simply from a grand canonical ensemble formalism, I will apply the same formalism to Karimpour's extension to many species with particles that can take over each other. This can be further extended to a model for two-way traffic. In the exactly solvable cases the qualitative features remain similar to those of the simple species model. |
