The AISAMP series is a biennial event which brings together scientists and researchers working in the field of atomic and molecular physics. This conference series provides a wide platform for exchanging ideas, displaying most recent results and interacting with scientists across the geographical boundaries. The atomic and molecular physics community of India is proud to welcome back the AISAMP conference to its homeland. The 13th edition of this conference is expected to bring together about 120-150 participants mainly from the different countries of Asia and Australia along with participation from the other continents. TIFR jointly with IITB will be hosting this meeting at the IITB campus. This event coincides with the diamond jubilee celebration of IITB. The scientific programme will focus on the following main topics:

  • Atomic collisions with molecules, clusters, surfaces
  • Collisions in condensed phase
  • DEA/ionization of DNA/RNA/water
  • Fragmentation of bio-molecules and PAH
  • Laser-assisted collisions
  • Atomic molecular electronic structure
  • Strong-field and ultrafast Physics
  • Cold collisions, precision spectroscopy
  • Ultracold quantum gases
  • Advanced experimental techniques
  • Accelerators, ion sources, ion-traps and FEL
  • Synchrotron and XFEL based Physics
  • Antimatter Physics
