Top-Higgs Yukawa coupling is one of the most important parameters in the Higgs sector in Standard Model (SM). It is directly measured at LHC by studying the Higgs boson production in association with top quark pairs. However the sign of this coupling can only be determined when Higgs boson is produced in association with a single top quark. Measurement of the tH production process at LHC also leads to the constraint on potential anomalous (non-Yukawa) nature of the Higgs. Using the multilepton final state we have constrained the top-Higgs coupling modifier w.r.t SM. In this talk, we will discuss the systematics uncertainties associated to the same-sign dilepton channel of the analysis. We will also talk about current studies ongoing for the potential of the tH analysis for the high luminosity LHC in future. In the second part of the talk we will present the studies of the missing energy reconstruction in the inclusive single photon plus jet events.
