Mathematica 11 in Education and Research

This talk will show live calculations in Mathematica 11 and other Wolfram technologies relevant to graduate courses and research. A number of new features including visualizing data, functions and surfaces; storage in the Wolfram Cloud; using the predictive interface as well as machine learning, image processing, parallelization will be demonstrated. Current users will benefit from seeing the many improvements and new features of Mathematica 11 (https://www.wolfram.com/mathematica/new-in-11/), but prior knowledge of Mathematica is not required.

About the Speaker:
Abel Nazareth received his Bachelors in Engineering in India and Masters in Business Administration from University of Iowa in the US. He has been at Wolfram Research for close to 4 years. Abel Nazareth is the Wolfram business manager for South Asia region.
