Description
Sun-like stars during its pre-main sequence stage are highly active. Evidence of super flares from our Sun during its nascent stage has been inferred from fossil records of a short-lived now-extinct radionuclide in the first forming Solar system solids-Calcium, aluminium rich inclusions (CAIs). Results from a study of a CAI and its implication for the birth and origin of Solar system will be discussed.
