Description Part of a series of talks "Future facilities in HEP" which explore proposed facilities in High Energy Physics and the physics accessible to them.

Please contact rishi(at)theory(dot)tifr(dot)res(dot)in for the zoom meeting id and the password for this seminar.

I will review the key arguments supporting the need to continue and extend the collider program beyond the LHC, with a new facility that, starting from an EW, Higgs and top e+e– factory, will ultimately lead to pp collisions at 100 TeV. The physics potential of this facility will be discussed, with several examples of performance across the various research goals, from Higgs physics to the search for new phenomena at the highest mass scales.
