Description
Chanakya - probably the world's first management Guru who lived in 4th Century BC was well known for his management models and strategies. Used by various kings for managing and leading their kingdoms, the principles of his book, Kautilya Arthashastra are useful even in the modern governance and corporate world.

Many times, in an organization, the members become specialized in their particular field and department that they miss out on the complete picture. The leadership ideas of Chanakya give an insight into some strategic sutras which are simple and easy to understand yet powerful and impactful when applied. Chanakya's futuristic and time tested sutras relating to Philosophy and Ethics, Thought leadership, Qualities of a leader and Power and Responsibility, etc. will be covered or explored in this talk.
