Description
Constraints on the standard model for cosmology rely on the combination of different cosmological probes. After reviewing the physics of the main probes, we present a new approach for combining them in a common framework at early stages of the analysis, rather than at the likelihood level as it commonly done. This approach has the advantage of taking full account of the correlation of the different probes and of providing stringent tests of systematics and of the consistency of the cosmological model. We then present an implementation of this approach to a combination of recent CMB temperature, galaxy clustering, weak lensing, CMB lensing, Supernovae and Hubble constant data. We discuss the resulting constraints on the standard cosmological model and of the tensions arising between the different data sets.
