Description
The idea that the Higgs boson might be composed of new types of fundamental particles, has been around since the mid-1980s. In these models, the Higgs boson arises from spontaneous breaking in a new QCD-like strong sector.
In this talk, I will present our study of one such Composite Higgs lattice model, an SU(4) gauge theory with fermions in 2 different representations. I will describe the spectrum and phase diagram of this theory. This talk will be based on the material in arxiv:1710.00806, arxiv:1801.05809 and arxiv:1802.09644.
