Description
In this talk we will discuss a formulation of optimization of Euclidean path-integrals describing the wave-functions in CFT’s. We will argue that for a ground state in 2D- CFT, the optimization leads to the metric of a hyperbolic space (i.e. time-slice of 3-dim AdS). We will see how our method reproduces the density matrix and also the holographic entanglement entropy correctly. We will also discuss the connection to the continuous version of conjectured relations between tensor networks and our method.
