Description
IceCube is a neutrino telescope in South Pole. The results from IceCube are relevant for neutrino astrophysics, neutrino particle physics, beyond the Standard Model physics, quantum chromodynamics, cosmic ray physics and many other fields of physics. IceCube has discovered high energy extraterrestrial neutrinos and this is a major discovery in recent years.
will present some of the recent results from IceCube and some theoretical interpretations. I will also present some of my own work in this field including the importance of cascade searches in IceCube, intrinsic charm searches in IceCube and through going tau tracks as a new signature in IceCube.
