Description We propose an utterly conventional explanation of Dark Energy relying on an unbroken hidden U(1)X and propose a Particle Data Book of the hidden sector that makes Dark Matter and Dark Energy into related phenomena. The mechanism for Dark Energy relies on a state of band ferromagnetism for the first generation of very light fermions, X-leptons. This lightest species is called the Magnino. The mass of the oppositely charged but heavier X-baryon, and its abundance determine the energy density of the Dark Energy. The next few generations of X-fermions and Xbaryons possibly forming neutral X-atoms, can account for the Dark Matter. Possible tests of the scenario require that it be connected to the Standard Model at some higher energy scale. If so, one possible corroboration of the scenario can be obtained from the recent limits on minicharged particles deduced from the EDGES experiment.
