16th International Conference on Heavy Quarks and Leptons (HQL2023)

Schedule for Elephants Caves:

1) Bus starts from HBA at 2:00 PM and drops everyone at the Gateway of India.
2) The Boat for Elephanta caves will be starting from the Gateway of India around 2:30 PM.
3) We expect the boat to return back to the Gateway around 6:00 PM.
4) we will arrage for the bus from Gateway to Banquet venue around 6:45 PM.

Banquet Venue and Schedule:
1) We will have Banquet at the South Lounge of the World Trade Centre, Cuffee Parade, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400005 on December 1, 2023.

2) The banquet will start by 7:00 PM and end at 10:00 PM.

3) Bus will be leaving the event place by 10:10pm
